Hungary buys twelve L-39NG

It was announced today, that Hungary will buy 12 L-39NG jets. From these, 8 will be used for training and the rest will be converted for the recce role, which will be done through a joint research and development program.

Our pilots on type conversion training
Major Sándor Csák was the first to take off during the preparation with the L-39NG military training aircraft. At the same time, other pilots also began their type conversion training.
Our pilots already have good experience with the previous version of the type, and have had many pleasant experiences.
This time, they were especially excited about their first takeoff, as they could take to the air with the most modern member of the type family, the L-39NG.
