The 'serial' seems odd; configuration also indicates a BBJ1 style iso C-40. According various sources this could be N712JM who has been delivered to the USAF in 2020 ->

Saw it on ADSB leaving Greenville Majors Field in TX on Wednesday heading west.

If you compare the photo of 21-0024 with photos of N712JM you will see that the window layout is different. This is probably a new C-40 for the 201stAS as they carry their serials in the same place.

What about N713JM because I think that’s one that the USAF might take/have taken on strength?

Not 100% sure on the identity of this airframe, but N713JM has been noted on ADS-B several times in April and May operating from Ardmore Municipal Airport.

N713JM is a B737-800 while 21-0024 clearly is a B737-700 series
And 21-0024 is also visible on ADS-B. Correct as for the model, a 737-700.
