B737/C-40A N743A/170041, which has been conducting test flights this year from AAR's facility at Chicago/Rockford (RFD),
was recently flown to Chennault. Northrop-Grumman has a mod facility here (USCBP P-3, E-8, etc.), so this could be
the final step before it is handed over to VMR-1 at Fort Worth. (VMR-1 is scheduled to move to MCB Hawaii/Kaneohe Bay
soon.)
