Dutch civil aircraft register

The Dutch authorities removed the option to download the whole, current register from the visible web-pages a while ago and introduced an on-line search instead. Scramble magazine has discovered how to produce a monthly review of changes but does anyone know how to obtain a complete register download [EXCEL file ?] - it will be useful to get one every few months to check airworthiness expiry dates, engine types, manufacture years etc ? Is there a "hidden" link still active ?
