Hop-A-Jet flight 823, a Bombardier Challenger 604, force landed on the I-75 at mile marker 105 near Naples, Florida,
and burst into flames as it came to rest against a concrete wall at the side of the southbound lanes.

The aircraft was on approach to Naples Airport, FL (APF)
when the flight radioed that they had lost both engines
and were not able to make it to the runway.

don't think so if I look at the pictures and video's going around. If they were out of fuel the aircraft wouldn't burst in such heavy flames. But let the FAA do the investigation work :wink:
