Greek F-4 retirement this year?

Post by Levente »

The Minister of National Defense, Nikos Dendias, attended yesterday, Saturday, March 30, a ND party event in Patras. There he said during his speech:.....The F-4, I will go next month to the Airport to greet it. It served the country faithfully, but it is a plane that first flew during the Vietnam War, half a century ago.....

Also: Mirage 2000-5 and F-16 Block 30 are planed to be sold. More Rafale jets.

This Minister of National Defense said more things which are factually incorrect during this interview and also media sometimes just write spectacular headlines as clickbait, so if the Greek F-4 will be retired in April / this year already...I highly doubt it!
