From the beginning of the crash it was send out a wrong picture from the crash.
The iranian source send out a picture of a crash from 2020 with the airplane 1136.

The wrong picture of the crash were linked of Associated Press (AP) and European Press Agency (EPA) and again linked to several large European press agencies, including in this case the large Swedish newspapers such as Expressen. The wrong picture came from the Iranian TV news IRIB. The Swedish Tidningarnas Telegrambyrå find it and corrected the wrong pcture.

I am not entirely sure why you bring this up here, because that's not even a picture of a helicopter (Cessna 206) and is not mentioned by anyone here so far.

Bild reports the flight consisted of two Mi8s and one 212. The two Mi-8s landed.
The B.212 was apparently only equipped for VFR, and the weather was way too bad for that.

So it was a B212, but confirmed to be a B412. I wonder who confirmed what? Seems all speculation so far...
