Tigermeet Schleswig Jagel June 7th from spotters area

Post by EC »

Some photos shot from the designated spotters area during the spottersday on Friday June 7th. Conditions were not ideal with to many people all wanting a good spot along the low fence along the "taxiway". In the end this was less important since this taxiway was not used till the end of the day for a parade of the special paint tigers. Most of the day we were left to photograph take-off's from the cross runway with the aircraft only coming in to view after clearing the banking and the high grass.

The day started sunny but from 11 onwards grey clouds started to move in, at least this made the afterburners more visible.

Still this way some nice pictures were possible.
