Croatian MiG 21s are officially retiring today
With the last ceremonial flight over the Knin fortress, as part of the celebration of the 29th anniversary of VRO Oluja, the MiG 21 fighter planes of the Croatian Air Force will end their working life

It actually says it was the last time the MiG-21s was seen over Knin during a Oluja commemoration.
As far as I know, the Rafale still haven't taken over the QRA task, so the MiG-21 is still not retired yet.
