Forum rules
ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Stunning shots Marco from the JAL 747. ( 757 is also nice )
I like the bare aluminium instead of the paint at this plane, you can see some reflections in the fuselage.

Cheers,

Nice catch Marco! Lucky me I was off for the nightshift and didn't handle this flight. Did you also picture our cargohauler completely (including tail?).

JA401J will be back on Friday (times 0240-0650) at night, so another chance if you want

The national flag you see belongs to Kazachstan, so that would make this an Air Astana B767.

Nothing other great a great scare, but i understand that the incomming crew spend the night in a hotel (crew-change),
so i assume some alcohol was involved in evaluating this 'incident'... ;)

As i understand from technical staff, the luck was the fact that the door opens upwards, not outwards...

I was told that it will be shipped back to the manufacturer (Goodrich) for repacking.

Bye, Chris.

goldfreak,

This is a forum thats used by allot of people from allot of country's, so they made this good rule for most forums that english is mondatory. If you say that english people need to use a translation machine, why dont you use it then? Its just the rules ;)

O ya nice pictures! And not a very wise think to get the gliders out :P

And that is right, just an "old" KLM 767 which i have opened for so many times to supply the catering.
