I do not know if ARJ is in Indonesia but I do know that QI is Cimber Air. They mostly operate from Denmark with various types of aircraft, incl. CRJ-200.

No, March 5 it will depart BFI (2100UTC) and next day it should be here and yes, first leg BFI-YYR is officially KL7453..
