118.1000 = Tower runway 18C/36C
118.2750 = Tower runway 18R/36L
118.9500 = Tower backup 1
119.2250 = Tower runway 18L/36R & 04/22
119.9000 = Tower backup 2
121.6500 = Startup Control
121.7000 = Ground south area
121.7750 = Apron south
121.8000 = Ground north area
121.8750 = Apron north
121.9000 = Ground west area
121.9750 = Delivery Control
122.4250 = Ground backup
130.4750 = Airside Operations
134.8750 = Groundservice
362.3000 = Tower

Additions and/or corrections are welcome of course.

A few more:

118.400 = Arrival
119.050 = Approach/Departure (Approach in peak times)
121.200 = Departure (in peak times)
122.200 = Weather - departing
131.150 = Arrival
131.350 = ATC actual usage of runways
132.975 = Weather - landing

Al the frequencies you mentioned belong to Amsterdam ATCC. See this topic:

168.5900 = Fire Department

You can remove the runways behind the tower frequencies. Only 18R/36L has an own frequency (118.275). The other runways don't (and IF they do, but they don't, you are missing 06/24).

Yes they do, Depends on runway combination wich freq is assigned to 06-24 and 09-27, the 18-36 runways freqs are fixed.

@ jfaltena: what you call weather is ATIS. There's more broadcasted than just the weather.
