Would You Like To Join The Scramble Webteam?

Post by Hans »

Hi,

As most of you already know, Frank Noort -founder and driving force behind the Scramble web site since its inception- has left the Scramble web team to chase other challenges. Luckily he will remain within the Scramble editorial team as a regular contributor to the magazine.
But with his departure in an already rather small team, and some major changes scheduled for the near future, we are currently looking for reinforcing the web team with several new members.

So when you would like to join the Scramble volunteer team, are enthusiastic about the internet and specific about the Scramble website, have lots and lots of spare time (!!), are a team player and some of the 'specifications' mentioned below are your cup of tea, make yourself known to us!
  • Coordinating - coordinating the different projects, keeping the priorities right, but with a hands-on approach.
  • Grafical wizard - not just photoshopping and so on, but also developing and guarding the "Scramble looks". Of course some basic technical web knowledge is needed here.
  • Technical guru - developing and maintaining the dedicated Scramble web applications; key words here are PHP and MySQL.
  • Application expert - the standard web applications we are using or planning to use, think Joomla!, phpBB and Mediawiki. Experience with integrating those is an advantage.
When you are interested, send an e-mail with a small functional résumé to hans.hoogers@scramble.nl

Kind regards,
