Very nice indeed. Why did it visit DUS?

How long are the observation decks/zushauer terasse closed for? Am passing through DUS late JAN enroute to ZRH and was hoping to spend a couple of hours on the deck between flights.

the L'Avion was the 2nd plane landing at the 05R so some locals drove on the slippery roads to the bridge (landing was till then on the 05L). However as departure was on the 05R some locals walked down the fence hoping to shoot her while taxiing to the runway. Bad thing was that it was the first plane leaving from 23L.

In the morning a Tunis Air pilot was shouting against the tower about the bad decision to land on 05L, runway 23R was a much better decision according to him. We were thinking that the 05L was the better runway off course.

A Lufthansa A319 (LH858 D-AILH) was cleared for NDB 05L, but on finals the tower asked him of he was going to land on the 05L. The ( :zzzz: ) pilot was on finals of 05R..... He went around inmediately.

Here are the results of Saturday. All shots taken 05L/R, when they switched to 23 we left as there was basicly no traffic.

Nice pics.

For L'Avion - spotters only have to go to Frankfurt, so not really something special but still a nice plane!
