Post by KMwecare »

From June 25 until June 29 I will spend some days at Charles de Gaulles. I want to catch The Air Austral and Air Madagascar. Does anyone have a timetable for me o both airlines for this period?

For the Air Austral, try sending an email, see this site

http://www.air-austral.com/contact.php?id_article=422

If that doesn't work, try filling in the dates that you can be at CDG in the booking form...
You'll see when they fly.

Charles de Gaulle, Friday 20 February

Good evening,

We (Ard, Hans and myself) visited Charles de Gaulle between our visits to Le Bourget (see appropriate topic) on Friday 20 February. We went to the famous spot 2 near the taxiway. Ard had been so kind as to bring some folding chairs, but we did not use them very often, as it was rather chilly and we had to walk around a bit to keep warm. We stayed there from 11.00 am till shortly after 5.00 pm.

Good evening!

I hardly dare to ask the next question:
Does somebody have the address where I (or we) can write to, to get a permit for spotting at the Paris Airports?

Thanks in advance!!

Ciao, MartijnMD11

courrier@seine-saint-denis.pref.gouv.fr

I believe you are required to provide your home address (for the dispatch of your pass) and a digital passport scan.

Extra note for my log on may 16 :

Forgot to mention that I-BIXM taxied from the taxiway into the grass on that day. All passengers had to get of the aircraft on the taxiway by stairs and also the cargo was ofloaded there.

Watch at this link for a moment http://www.kerozen.org/Airports/Cdg/Plan_CDG_grand.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I go standing at number 6 of 14/15. Depent on the sun and of the lane is inbound or outbound. But maybe I do some thing else when I am there. Maybe see you there in Paris ;)

Depends on what you want... If you want to take pictures I would NOT suggest to stand at spot 6 because you have the sun in your face almost all day so then you can better take position on finals but for numbers your pretty good at spot 6 for most non air france.

Good luck
