Reims Spotters Day 26 June

The spottersday is to be held on 26 June, see http://www.meetingducentenaire.com/meet ... otter.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.

The registration will start here at 26 March. A maximum of 100 persons will be registered.

Well it`s actually going to be 150 places, not that it will make a lot of difference as it`s going to be seriously over subscribed IMO. Surely there ought to be more places for an event of this magnitude, don`t ya think?

Yes, after I chose the second option from the pull down menu.

Hi,
after I fill the application-form, a pop-up with a text in French appeared. It mentioned something like "Merci for your registration".
But, I didn´t receive any confirmation e-mail! Anybody with the same problem?

Yes, same problem! Let's cross fingers that we are not out, after spending the sunday morning with checking this site all 10 minutes until the form was on!

I hope someone can clear this up!

After finishing the subscription form you should have received this in your mailbox.

Votre demande d'inscription pour le spotter day de REIMS a bien été
transmise. Si votre candidature est retenue, vous serez avisé par mail avant le 07 mai 2009.

Thank you, but it seems, that only the second option on the pull-down menu worked well!!!

I know at least 7 other people, that choosed the first option and got only the pop-up and no confirmation-mail after this ...

I only got the pop-up as well and no confirmation e-mail.

So they have added some news on http://www.meetingair.fr/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; I am realy disappointed about those news!
I've noted the text in the pop up, and it said " Merci de renseigner Le champ" that means somthing like "Thank you for filling this form"!

They probably think: "foreigners can't read French, so we can get away with anything!". I got the same pop up, pity they don't have the balls to admit something was wrong.
