Well it`s actually going to be 150 places, not that it will make a lot of difference as it`s going to be seriously over subscribed IMO. The registration will start here at 26 March. A maximum of 100 persons will be registered.

They probably think: "foreigners can't read French, so we can get away with anything!". I've noted the text in the pop up, and it said " Merci de renseigner Le champ" that means somthing like "Thank you for filling this form"!
