Joint Guardian Mission. D stands for France, other examples: JGN is RAF, JGO is USAF (often heard as Jagoo), JGI is Netherlands.
Believe Joint Guardian missions are related to Kosovo region.

Thanks a lot. I immediately thought, it might have something to do with Kosovo, as we also have Farnair flights from here to Dakovica, calling as "JGH". These flights operate 2x weekly with ATR-42s.
