Budapest/Ferihegy (LHBP/BUD) - 2009 CIV

Post by ehusmann »

Not so much a report, more a question. Last Sunday I noted a couple of stored aircraft at Budapest. Most I could identify, but a few that I read I cannot find anywhere. Anyone who can help with the following?

EI-CNF B737 n/t
VP-BON B737 Aeroflot Nord
VP-BXI B737 Aeroflot Nord

Erwin,

I do not totally understand what you are asking precisely, but here's some info:
EI-CNF => http://www.airframes.org/reg/eicnf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

And indeed: I cannot find any info about those 2 VP-registered aircraft either. Only that VP-BON now has it's registration on a IAI1125, but I think you'd already know that.

Ciao, MartijnMD11

The question should have been if anyone could help identify these three. I read them, but could not find the registrations in any list, so a tie up with a c/n was a bit difficult....
Thanks for the EI-CNF in any case, that is one!

Perhaps you mixed things up.
According my own section in Scramble 359, page 23 former BA B735 G-GFFG became VP-BOI and former BA B735 G-GFFF became VP-BXN...looks like you mixed the O and X.

And apparantly both are now stored at Budapest.

In 20 years of spotting I thought I had made every possible mistake already :? I guess not...

Thanks for the info!
