Freqs of choppers during SAR-meet at LWD?

Hi

Does anyone have the set of freq's that are used by the choppers during the SAR-meet at LWD?
When they are exercising outside LWD AB, like Hindelopen and Drachten.
Rule #23: Never mess with a Marine's coffee if you want to live.
