by a low approach/overshoot. Thereafter back to the north.

) for a low approach runway 24R. Afterwards a VFR departure to the west.
RFR7042 departured with ATC clearance: "RFR7042, your clearance filed direct NAVPI, to climb FL 190. Request levelchange enroute. Squawk <0430>. When released by TWR contact RAPCON south on the frequency 379.925 and thereafter Dutch Mil 240.900".
