It seems to be just a minor update, only essential if you work with the new Canon EOS 500D, Nikon D5000 and 18 Hasselblad models. No updates on Lightroom functions, so no need to upgrade if your Lightroom software works ad advertised.
As they say: Don't fix it if it ain't broken.
