All times are local:

13.45: Reach 369 direct NAVPI. Comms with Dutch Mil ATCC on 128.3500 MHz (radar lower).
14.05: Reach 369 switched to London Mil ATCC on 135.2750 MHz (East ICF).
21.20: Reach 2102 direct MILGI. Comms with Dutch Mil ATCC on 128.3500 MHz (radar lower)
21.23: Reach 2102 switched to Lippe UACC on 131.0750 MHz (radar sector South).
