Reported on other forums is the loss of F-5F 5410/FMS 83-0136.
This airplane was assigned to 7 TFW out of Taitung AB and crashed off Penghu Island at 03.36Z(11.36 Chinese time).
Sadly both pilots,Lt Huang Ting-Yu,26 and Colonel Chang Liang-Yuan,43 were killed in this accident.
The Republic of China(RoCAF) F-5 fleet has been grounded as a result of this crash.
