Possible heads up PAT372?

Just departed Prestwick arriving from BIKF is a modified grey Beech300 N166BA marked as US Army believed planned to ETAR

......Which according to one of my spies is due to land at ETAR at 15.00Z(17.00LT).MSN FA-147 Registered 15 April 2009.

Point of departure in the States is KHGR,Hagerstown,MD.Recent flights blocked,but arrived at KHGR on 08 Feb 2009 from KOZR.
