Explanitory circular from the Home Office to Chief Constables outlinging the cans and can nots regarding photography in public places, confiscation of equipment etc etc in relation to the oft misused anti-terrorim legislation.

So far no aircraft spotters have had any major problems with this legislation(as far as I am aware).

Some trainspotters have bee stopped from photographing railway infrastructure,so it may only be a matter of time before aircraft spotters come up against the same problems.
