According to my source the German F-4's are not cancelled.
... but also not confirmed! As what I know the listed aircraft are all invited.

Last year, 2009, the first initial list of invited aircraft was also impressive but finally only six "LN" Eagles and a norwegian faclon participated next to a bunch of dutch F-16's. Just wait, hope and see.

Perhaps we have become to spoiled? An exercise with only a bunch of dutch F-16's could also be nice.

Grtz,

Edward.

Can the aircraft be seen from the outside? I'm thinking of going over the middle weekend.

Many thanks,

Tim.

Thanks. Very much nice to know they can be seen. If anybody had the GPS co ordinates for the described locations that would be great!

I guess the aircraft are parked outside over the week end?

Many thanks for all your help.

Tim.

All aircraft will stay outside during the whole period, maybe a few Volkel F16's will operate out of shelters.

A short question to those with experience with this exercise: What would be the best day to go? Are there days of flying and non-flying?

Thinking about wednesday 14th, right in the middle.

All days will be flying days except 12 and 23 april, with most likely 2 missions a day.
Only the weather and an aircraft mishap on the runway can cancel a mission

During previous Frisian Flags both Swedish and Finish aircraft arrived on the normal arrival Monday. Is there any specific reason known why they now intend to arrive on Sunday?

On Micro$oft Maps the airbase can still be seen in reasonable detail:
