Wie wat waar vliegt daar ? - 2010 MIL

Post by topsafe »

Goodmorning all, and a happy new year.

My morning started with 2 westbound fighters at 06:30lt over Den Haag. Who put his/her men/women up at this uncivilised time of day/year ??

Didn't look/sound like F.16's to me.

Actually there were 4x F-15's : MAZDA 75/76 and MAUL 11/12 flying with GOLD24,

MAUL 11/12 acted as Air spare and turned back to LN at Point Milgi

Grtz

Ok, ok...

Around 20.12LT a Chinook was passing the northern part of Amersfoort during its nightfly mission. Great to hear the sound again in this neighbourhood! :D

And the good old sound is back again :) At this moment, after crossing my house at very low level, 2 Chinooks are playing in the Leusderheide/Vlasakkers area.

Around 12.30 hr I got a wake up call (after nightshift) by a helicopter. When I looked out of the window I saw a helicopter which looked like a SAR AB.412. This helicopter flew over Noord-Limburg in north-western direction (Volkel ?).

Strange to see such a helicopter over here.
