Spotting in Bahrain

Hi Everyone. Myself and a colleague are thinking of
going out to this part of the middle east airshow that's being held there next week and would be very grateful
for any information on wreck and relics that might be around the state of bahrain.
And also some good spotting points and good advise on what the local police think about aircraft enthusiast's.

Thanking you all for your time. Mike

Dear Mike,

I went to Bahrain in may 2008 for work. So I wasn't a spotting trip. Check the Scramble website for the spotting guide of BAH airport. There is also a picture I've taken. After the customs you will have a good clear view on the tarmac. I asked the police if it was possible to take some shots. Be my guest was his answer. But I will recommend to be carefull. It still is an Arabic country!

Greetings from a hot and humid Sydney!
LOG of SYD will follow later this month!
