Twente logs from the summer of 1984

Hello,

I saw the positive feedback today on al long time 1997 Mildenhall request. I would like to try it for Twente on the 12th july en 1st august 1984. Anyone for the movements that day including the NF-5's (and some stored Streaks). I only wrote down the visitors and the new KLu ac (4 me).

20-10-1977 only (1) aircraft: K-4001 313/TVO NF-5B

I think that Bob Fischer, Hendrik-Jan van Broekhuizen, and a lot of the old Twenthe spotters can add a lot more!!

About the stored Streaks at Twenthe.
I saw in novemer 1986 (when I started) F-84F P-209 stored at the north-side, scrapped not much later.
F-84F P-171 was that time preserved next to the tower (not really visible from outside the base).
I guess those were also present in 1984......
(other W&R at that time were NF-5A K-3029 as "TPG-29" and F-104G D-8338 and the F-86K Q-283 at the gate)

Thanks for the info. We did cycle around the northern site of the airfield and there I saw them. But was it complete? I remember a fuselage (or 2). I did not write wrecks in my first years

P-209 was in 1986 still complete on it's wheels and with wings, so also in 1984...
Don't know abou a second one..!
P-209 did not wore a serial in 1986 anymore.
