Spotting At Ramstein

Sorry if this is in the wrong area of Scamble but i am going to Ramstein next weekend and was wondering where is the best place to spot from to see the in/outboubnd traffic and what the police are like with photography

Also i am looking for a List of the New C-130J's and the FY allocations please as i am not sure how they run only having seen the FY08 hercs at Mildenhall
