Is there anyone with information about the delivery date of the Peruvian Fokker 60's ?
A friend and i are planning to visit Woensdrecht on thursday May the 27th.
And we are wondering if we can catch the Fokker 60's because that is the main goal.
Any information is welcome including spots where we can maybe see them.
I've heard the 28th as a possible delivery date, but it is unclear wether both Fokkers will be outside before that date. For example: they were visible outside during operating days last week, but they were not visible during the weekend...
Good luck!
Stephan

The wind is west tomorrow, so they will use RWY 28. If I go to spot 8
is it possible to make some good shots when they are on the runway
with 400mm ??.
Or would spot 2 be a better place (distance-wise: is that closer to the runway)? I know they're already airborne there when they take 25 for departure , but given the load (they will probably be heavy) they might not be too high, or? Any local advice is more than welcome!
All realy depends on what kind of pictures U want to take.
When taking off from 25
For spot 8 U can expect some nice taxi and start pictures, but mind U its "on the shadow-side".
For spot 2 U can expect that the planes will me climbing out, not very good taxi-pictures here I'm afraid
My advice is to take spot 7-8-9 and park over @ spot 7.
Second entry (echt bospad) on your left comming from direction Huijbergen.
It's marked by a namesign with 'Moerkantsebaan' on the right side of the road.TURN LEFT THERE.
Drive a litle on to the 'bospad' and park @ the clearing (leftside).
Some 20 cars should fit there I guess.
From there U can walk to the spots, all is just wrecked by "staatsbosbeheer".
Shots should be able to be taken with some 300 Mm's or more. (woody is famous for this;)
I hope this helps u all, and we'll see you Soon!
Cheers
