Spittfire (mock-up ?) London 14/09/2010

Yesterday I was in the city of London. In front of the MoD buildings at Whitehall was a Spittfire with serial X41?? / EB-K.

Does anyone know if this is a mock-up or real plane ?

X4178 / EB-K is a replica. ( search planepictures.net ). Regards
