French participants for Cruzex V (8-19 Nov 2010) will be 4 Mirage 2000RDI, 4 Rafale, 1 C135FR and 1 tactical transport. Other participating air forces hosted by Brasil are from the USA, Argentina, Peru, Chile and Uruguay.
November 10th media day and November 13th open house.

Thanks for your nice post. Much of your details are correct, however, Peru does not participate in the LIVEX-part of CRUZEX, as does Venezuela. The latter seem to have withdrawn at the last moment.

CJ, of course you're right: Peru has only observer status as do a number of other mainly South-American countries.
