Dutch F-16's at Tucson Int'l Airport Question

Does anybody have the full serials of the Dutch F-16's that went to Tucson (IAP) , saw J-019 and J-870 so far. Any idea if they are going to be receive USAF 'AZ' tail code's and serials just like the just departed UAE F-16's ?

The Dutch F-16s did not receive codes at Springfield, so I guess that they'll retain the RNtehAF style markings. Not all Tucson based UAEAF Falcons carried "AZ" tailcodes though, there were several 'plain' UAEAF Falcons at Tucson...

J-366, J-510 and J-647 are also new locals at Tucson.

For the moment no intention for changing to the local 'AZ' codes, the UAE carried the AZ-serials for insurance/operational reasons

Operational reasons: isn't it true that US military a/c do not need to pay landing fees at any US airfield? As such, having a "local look and feel" will surely help in reducing cost

The Dutch AF / Ministry of Defence has agreed to a all-inclusive training package with the USA (for locations Ft. Rucker, Tuscon and previous Springfield AFB), for a solid number of new pilots every year with all required training hours so this won't affect the costs. The following years the newby pilots will be less numbered than previous years so this might be of influence.

They will retain their J number. AZ code will be applied. AZ finstripe will be applied but the part on the rudder will be red/white/blue.

Why do the Dutch F-16's have an American outfit at Tucson (remember the first F-16's in the early 90's with USAF roundels) and at Springfield a Dutch outfit (except the tailband)?

Thanks all for the update , will head out to Tucson in a few months again and see if i can capture the Dutch F-16's and we will know for sure what the tail will look like , hopefully it is something Stefan has designed.
