MILITARY HELICOPTER CRASHES IN ANKARA: 5 KILLED
An UH-1 type military helicopter conducting a training flight crashed in Ankara on Monday night. Five pilots in the helicopter were killed in the crash. The cause of the crash is currently unknown. An investigation is underway.

Helicopter crash kills 5 in Turkey.
A Turkish military helicopter has crashed near the capital, Ankara, while on a night vision training flight, killing all the five officers on board. The wreckage of the UH-1 helicopter was found near Ankara's Tuluntas village, Turkey's Yenisafak newspaper reported. The cause of the crash has not been established yet.

The sad remains at

a local who also took part in the search and rescue efforts, said it was very difficult to find the wreckage in the dense fog. He added that they saw the aircraft had broken apart into five to six pieces and that the wreckage was scattered around an area of 20 square meters.
