Lipezk airfield in Russia

Hi all,

Can somebody tell me which unit, or units, are based on the airfield of Lipezk in Russia. With Google maps you can see a great number of fighters, transport aircraft en helicopters on this airfield.

Mig23, Mig-27, Mig-29 (4020BRS)
Latter unit provides storage for MIG-23, Mig-27, Mig-29, Mig-31.
