Req: Identity of Alouette III in Sierra Leone

Hi all :wink:
I recently discovered this unique Alouette III :shock: , "SL-401", used by Sierra Leone : http://www.aircraftresourcecenter.com/A ... ley/03.jpg
I only know this helo was a gift (origin ?) of 2004, now a wreck in Freetown airport.
Does anyone know its construction number, please ? :?

It came from England, as it was seen at Goodwood in 2004.
I have never traced an identity for it.
