Narrative:
A T-28B Warbird, part of the Honda Grand Prix race opening ceremonies, crashed into the water off Albert Whitted Airport as it was attempting a landing after reporting mechanical difficulties.
Pilot ditched into the water when he realized he was going to hit the break wall if he continued the approach.
