EHEH 06-04-2011 MIL

Post by Stafsels »

Hi all,

On teletekst has been shown that some transport would leave on wednesday making preparations for the new police mission at Afghantistan. Any news about departure time and sort of plane(s) (KDC-10 or C-130H?)

Greetings,

Henk

I think the same Teletekst helps you more than you realize; on page 765/4:

06/04: BRK 65

So, this is 'Bartok 65', a C-17 of HAW. Passengers have to report in at 1200LT, which means the ETD will be a little later that afternoon.

Regards,

Stephan

Thanks, that does clarify!
Are there also some movements from the local 334 or 336sq aircraft planned that we know of
(G-781 would be very nice... :scramble: ?

Local flights are usually not shared/published in advance, not even at EWAS. So, you'll have to do those old-school and hope for the best. I hope you catch G-781!

The 080002 is planned for a change. Can't remember the ETA off the top of my head, I'll check later tonight.

'Diamond 17' is on its way for an approach. This is a KLu PC-7.
