17 Cougars

Post by Redskin301 »

Hi,

Unfortunately, the Cougars will leave us because of the recent developments in the
Defence department. Lucky for me that I have all 17 of the Cougars on photo. I would
like to share them with you guys. I will miss these photo genetic helicopter for sure.

Finally, I wish everyone at 300 Squadron the best during this uncertain period.
Hope that not too many people will loose their job!

More people will have photos of all 17 Cougars, but I doubt whether many of them will have all Cougars photographed in such a nice way! 8)

Nice job to have captured them all before the retirement! I still 'need' five of them, so I'm not going to succeed..

Yesterday I already published some of my favourite Cougar shots here.

Very nice Alex. You're lucky to recently get the 444 in time.
I don't have them all either. Too bad, but that's nothing compared with the future the pilots and crew have. I wish them all the best and hope for them that they will get a proper job that will give them satisfaction again.
For now; to all the pilots and crew who read these topics: Thanks for the great photo opportunities you guys gave us!

Hi Alex,

very, very nice shots you selected to show us. The one in the rain and the grey one at GLV are my two favourite ones :respect: . I think your selection does 300sqn proud. I never succeeded to collect all 17 of them. I stopped at eight; so almost 50%.

@300sqn:To all personnel I wish you all the best in these uncertain times. You gave me some nice times and I'll be thinking about you guys :worship: .

Grtz,

Edward.

A very nice selection Alex. 442 is my fav.
It's a shame the Cougars will be going in just a few weeks.
Just out of curiosity I checked my digital images and found out that I've got 16 out of 17. Not all taken in such a nice way like you though :(
I was lucky to go to Gilze last week and had one more on the list
