USAF V-22 Ospreys update for Scramble database

thanks to Ken Wardle on Mil Spotters Forum, who has kindly given permission to cross post to Scramble. He contacted Textron Bell to clarify the fiscal for -0033 at Mildenhall as there was confusion as to whether it was 06 or 07. There were other fiscals that were also requiring confirmation and here is the data he supplied.
