GAF953 has just departed Cologne (EDDK) inbound Dulles. It'll arrive in about 8 hours from now, so no rush to go get it!

Hey guys
I'm gonna be spending a few days in Washington this Christmas. Do any of you know if there are any good spotting "spots" and if it's safe, legal etc.? I mostly spot MIL but also CIV and in this case I'm obviously expecting 99% civil traffic...
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards

Stand with your back to the terminal, turn left and follow the path along to the car park & go up to the top floor. Probably the best of the car parks for views.
Make sure you give police ops a ring on (703) 572 2730 to tell them you'll be there - having said that we did it last time we were there & still got checked !
Enjoy your visit.
