70th birthday 350th Smaldeel, 11-13.11.2011

Is there anyone who already knows something about this event?! will it be open for the public? will there be any foreign participants? will there will flying activities on friday the 11th!?!
any info is more than welcome

This year, the squadron will celebrate its 70th anniversary. The 350th fighter squadron was created on November 12 1941. To commemorate the event, some activities will take place on November 11,12 and 13 :

What?
- Historical Exhibition
- Spitfire Museum open doors
- Static aircraft display
- Scale models exhibition/contest
- Snacks
- Meet and greet with famous past and present aviators

Is there any news on this event? Cause they do mention a static.
And with the contact the have from TLP could be nice.

i don't think there will be a big static with foreign nation...Expect belgian f-16...

Hi all,

Only FA-110 (display bird) and FA-68 (with new coloured tail 70year 350Sq) are placed at the old TLP-ramp.

In a nearby hangar (open) FA-72 is parked.

A bus brings you to the Spitfire museum while the 3 gate-guards also can be seen/pictured.
