NAF78 over Atlantic Canada now.

At this moment the below mentioned Herc is flying over Atlantic Canada (Prince Edward Island/ Nova Scotia).
Anybody who knows where this bird is heading to?
Unfortunately these birds only show up in my SBS airplane list, not on the radar screen.
