As predicted by Tigerspoon in the SIS, but about an hour earlier then expected :
Just switching from 129.675 to RS GCA 124.275 was BulgarianAF 073.
SBS shows it as C27J 073.

RCH731 C130H 93-7311 departed at about 10.00 local
