Worth mentioning is that the C130J's and the C17's of the Qatar Emiri Air Force are not based at OTBD/DOH, but at Al Udeid. The C17s moved over around Christmas/New Year whilst the C130Js arrived OTD/DOH on their delivery flights but then positioned over before starting operational service.

The new Doha International Airport is currently scheduled to open 12 December 12 (12/12/12) and the existing airport nearby is slated to be closed sometime thereafter. The schedule may slip as it has done several times before but there is definately no military facilty at the new airport which suggests that the QEAF may move totally over to Al Udeid at some point.
