new Ramstein herc?

Morning,

Heard on the radio this saturday was Herky99: 04-3142. This one came from the US and went into Germany.

Can anybody confirm this is a new (temp?) Ramstein bird? 08-8606 left Ramstein on the 21st to the US as Herky99.

Possibly only a replacement aircraft for those going back to USA for heavy maintenance.
But why does it wearing no unit marks????
