Inbound Spangdahlem at this time is KC-135R 61-0300 (Serial from SBS) from the IL ANG
Aircraft is flying under callsign Reach117 and is inbound for runway23

At 13:45LT is Herky823 switching to Spangdahlem approach on 129.475.
He is inbound runway23. SBS shows C-130J-30 08-8601/RS
