Polish AF on their way to Souda today, March 7th:
PLF340, PLF 344 (F-16's) and support
PLF042 (CN-295).
PLF340 and
PLF344 back in the air again, dir KAVOS (eastbound) direct Nicosia FIR.
On their way to Israel so it appears for an exercise with the IDF:

Indeed both E-6 and E-4 are shown in varous lists on the net as user of this callsign, but doubt if these are the a/c involved.
Judging the flightlevel (FL220) and the fact that there were 2, I assume these were (for now unknown) C-130's..
