Very nice video indeed! , never realized Saudi Eagles do have "Turkey Feathers" Installed on their engines

I think it's because these Eagles seem to be powered by GE F110 engines, rather than the P&W F100 that is still used by most traditional F-15 operators. As far as I know the F110 is never used without its exhaust 'feathers'.
